Life in the Carmel
Hidden with Christ in God, we live as a family of sisters under the guidance of a Prioress, following the Rule of St. Albert and the Constitutions of the Discalced Carmelite Nuns. Our life is a beautiful rhythm of prayer, work, and community that St. Teresa described as a life where "all must be friends, all must be loved, all must be held dear."

Community Spirit
St. Teresa wanted her monasteries to be places of genuine fraternal charity. We strive to create a warm, family atmosphere where each sister is valued and supported in her journey toward God. Weekly community recreation, chapter meetings, and shared celebrations strengthen our bonds.
Though we are cloistered, we welcome visitors to our chapel for Mass and prayer, and we maintain contact with the world through our correspondence, prayer requests, and spiritual direction.
