The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
Each morning, we gather in our chapel to offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This is the source from which all our grace flows and the center toward which all our prayer is directed. We prepare for Mass with mental prayer and offer thanksgiving afterwards. The Eucharist is the food that sustains our contemplative life.


The Divine Office
Seven times a day, we gather in choir to chant the Divine Office, fulfilling the command of Scripture to "pray without ceasing." The Psalms, readings, and hymns of the Office sanctify the different hours of the day:
Liturgical Life
Praying the Church's prayer is at the very heart of our vocation. Through the Liturgy of the Hours, we join our voices with the universal Church, offering praise and intercession to God. This rhythm of prayer transforms our day into a continuous act of worship, uniting us with the faithful around the world and with the angels and saints in heaven. As Carmelites, we consider the Divine Office not merely an obligation but a profound privilege — to stand before God on behalf of the Church and all humanity.


Eucharistic Adoration
Two hours each day are dedicated to silent mental prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. This time of quiet communion with Jesus in the Eucharist is the school of contemplative prayer. We also have weekly Holy Hour and Benediction on Sundays and Solemnities.
Liturgical Seasons
We follow the liturgical year closely, with special solemnity during Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and the great feasts of the Carmelite Order. The liturgical calendar shapes our prayer, our work, and even our recreation. We have a particular devotion to:
